Bill Skorski
Bill was born in Poland and before coming to Montreal, spent some time in Germany and Belgium.
After completing his Engineering studies at Ecole Polytechnique, University of Montreal,
he practiced his Engineering profession until his retirement.
During his professional career he also enjoyed participating in many cultural activities relating to the arts in Montreal.
Upon retiring he further developed his love of the arts by undertaking sculpture and ceramics at the Cummings Institute.
His personal style is represented in larger works in alabaster, sandstone and soapstone. He has concentrated mainly on the bust for,
and has had several exhibitions of these at the Cummings Institute.
Bill is also a strong sports enthusiast enjoying skiing and diving in the winter whenever he can, and cycling and golfing in the summer.
He is married and has two adult children.
