I started painting as a teenager, and attended a commercial art school, working for many years afterwards with oils and acrylics. However, 15 years ago, I discovered watercolours, and I knew then that it was my medium. I started taking workshops with artists like Frank Webb and Barbara Nachis, and for the last three years with Jacques Hébert.

I particularly love painting flowers, mostly from my garden, and some landscapes. Being a member of Beaconsfield Artists' Association has kept me in touch with art and artists, and has helped to sustain my hobby.
