I began my artistic career with classes given by Renate Heidersdorf in watercolour and multimedia here in Beaconsfield. After a number of years I switched over to oils. I continued in this medium for about four years, taking sessions in Florida with Prof. Frank Miller and Prof. Barbara Hughes.
Then in 1992, I discovered Sumi-E painting, after attending a session with Joan Koo (Korea), in the Morikami Museum, Delray Beach. Since then, I have continued perfecting my technique in Sumi-E by attending workshops and other classes.
I have exhibited my work in serveral locations throughout Québec, and some of my paintings are in: Norwalk & Naugatuck, Connecticut, Lochmabe, Scotland, Davenport, Iowa, Montreal, and Calgary, Alberta.
