Art has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. My profession as an artist began while attending Ecole des beaux arts, Quebec in 1950 to 1951.
Learning is a lifelong process, and even though I am a teacher, I am still an active learner attending private classes and workshops.
I have been fortunate to have been taught by some of the most renown masters of our time -
Ming Ma, Stephen Quiller, Jim Kosvanic, Carlton Plummer, Don Getz, Judi Betts, Don Andrews, Rita Briansky, Guitta Caserman-Rosh.
I work in a variety of mediums: Oil, Watercolour, Pastels and mixed-media. I also enjoy experimenting with different types of paper.
Throughout the years, I have exhibited widely, throughout Quebec, Ontario and New York state.
As well, I have received numerous honours and I have enjoyed media coverage.
My paintings are in private, corporate and public collections throughout Quebec and Ontario.
