Long time Beaconsfield resident, Gordon Pym divides his time between painting, drawing and photography. He is active in several artist associations and is completing his degree in Fine Arts at Concordia University in Montreal.
His paintings and drawings are in several corporate and private collections in Canada and the United States.
“While my drawings are realistic renderings of urban landscapes, my paintings are much more abstract. I am more interested in texture and colour than a realistic depiction.
I love atmospheric effects, the sky, weather and the changing times of day and make them a central theme of my work.”
