Starts painting as a pastime and follows a course in art with Mrs. Rita Shellard of Hudson. Reads numerous books on the subject and subscribes to several art publications.
Rapidly chooses pastel as his main medium and practices contemporary realism.
Participates in group art shows in Pierrefonds and that of the Pastel Society of Eastern Canada in Knowlton. Qc. in 2004.
During the winter and spring of 2004, follows two workshops in Pointe-Claire on portrait painting in pastel with Max Stiebel, PSA, PPC, artist, teacher and author.
With the same master participates in a plein-air workshop on landscape in Charlevoix, Quebec. He is now registered for an oil paiting workshop in Ville Lasalle, Qc with Wang Chiu, starting the 30th of September, 2004.
Painting has now become his main activity, his passion.
